Description:  Headed up by one of the GP38-2 units on hand, this regularly scheduled hot metal bottle train ambles slowly from the ArcelorMital plant in East Chicago, IN, to the finishing plant in Riverdale, IL, via mostly IHB trackage. The cars' rotund shape makes it an easy one to spot coming down the track.

Description:  Barely moving more than 10-15 mph usually, this GP38-2 moves the 4 loaded hot metal bottle cars and the gondola spacers between the two ArcelorMital plants in Indiana and Illinois, a distance of approxmately 14 miles away. This is one of the last locations where hot metal bottle cars (or torpedo cars to some) are found traveling outside the steel plants.
